No two working machines are exactly alike, and neither are their cab openings. That is why CMET develops every window around the vehicle, delivering true "one vehicle, one custom window" solutions for OEMs.
Step 1 — Design Input
The customer provides drawings, technical agreements, or target performance requirements, including window dimensions, glass type, opening style, sealing and heating needs.
Step 2 — 3D Engineering Design
Our professional R&D team converts the customer’s input into international 3D data formats such as IGS and STP, ensuring the window matches the cab structure seamlessly.
Step 3 — Customer Review and Approval
The 3D models are checked against the vehicle body openings one by one, revised per customer feedback, and confirmed before moving forward.
Step 4 — Prototyping and Type Testing
Sample windows are produced and subjected to product type tests using our full set of CTC glass testing equipment and performance testing equipment for car window products, ensuring full compliance with drawings, technical agreements and relevant international standards.
Step 5 — Mass Production
Once the samples are approved, the window enters mass production. Glass processing and metal frame forming are completed in-house, with full traceability from raw materials to finished products under strict quality control.
Step 6 — Delivery and After-Sales Service
From export packaging to after-sales support, every window is backed by CMET's complete system covering R&D, production, inspection, assembly, transportation and after-sales service.
CMET has been deeply involved in the development work of internationally renowned companies such as Komatsu of Japan, Yamaha of North America, Kubota of Japan and Sany Heavy Industries, and maintains long-term cooperation with several laboratories in China.
